Ordering Inspections in the Greater Lansing Area

You have an accepted offer and it is time to "inspect" the home.

The Buyer needs to call to order inspections. The Buyer can inspect the home for whatever they wish. Typically a Buyer has a home, pest and radon inspection. I will be present. Sellers typically are not present. The radon inspector should contact me to set the radon can and this should go in to the property 48 hours before the home inspection and is usually picked up at the time of the home inspection. The inspector(s) typically show(s) up on the same day/time for all three inspections and make sure the below home inspector will either handle or take care of ordering the additional pest and/or radon inspections. Costs are estimated at: Pest (approx. $60), Radon (approx. $95) and Home Inspection (approx. $275)
